Notice Writing - Part 1

24th April, 2020
Day 4

Good morning gentlemen!

The day you take complete responsibility for yourself, the day you stop making any excuses, that’s the day you start to the top. – O.J. Simpson

I hope that you all are in the best of your health and enjoying yourselves to the fullest. The days of lockdown are rather learning filled. It is amazing to see how we all have adjusted ourselves in these days of struggle.
But as Shakespeare said, "The show must go on."

Let us continue with our learning and get started with a new topic. Today, we are going to start with Notice writing, a topic from your writing section.

NOTICE WRITING

Before we start with the description and explanation of the topic, let us know the learning objectives of this topic.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this topic, students will be able to
  •        apply the correct format while writing a notice.
  •        comprehend why a notice is written and the style and procedure.
  •        analyse any notice shown on the basis of knowledge imparted.
  •        frame a notice for any event.

This is an extensive topic, therefore, we will be dealing with this slide wise in days to come. Make sure you read the slides carefully and note down the content asked to be noted in your notebooks.

Go through the slides given below carefully and study them.

This is just the introduction to notice writing. Monday's blog will cater to the correct and updated format and a few samples of notice writing.

Click on the link given below to mark your attendance for the day. Any attendance marked on the blog's comment section will be considered null and void. Use comment section to ask doubts.
